The chair opened the hearing and invited anyone present to state their name for the record if they wished to speak. Staff checked for emailed comments. After asking three times if anyone in the room wanted to speak, the chair closed the hearing when no public commenters came forward.
No formal comments, written submissions, or later additions were read into the record during the session.
