Cowlitz County staff to revisit BPAC private-roads draft after legal review; monthly public‑works reporting set

County Engineer Susan Eugenis said staff will take a previously negotiated draft from the Building and Planning Advisory Council (BPAC) back to county legal staff to determine what changes require code or ordinance amendments and what can be implemented administratively.
"We wanted to touch on private roads, transportation plan, and development review, to get what you guys thought was next steps on private roads," Eugenis said, introducing the issue and asking for direction.
