Residents of Maple Hill Estates ask Corcoran to intervene after new management’s towing, lease changes

The residents who spoke at the council’s open forum said the management company gave notice by mail only, did not answer questions, and in multiple instances ordered towing of vehicles that residents say were legally tagged. “Within 24 hours of a man dying, his property was confiscated by a towing company that was ordered by our new management company,” Christina Jensen said. She said she was told she would be trespassed for confronting a tow and that police later served a no‑trespass on her.
