City services meeting to discuss snow ordinance; councilor signals upcoming Disability Commission appointment

Debs described the session as a conversation rather than a decision-making meeting and said the committee may later recommend actions to the full City Council.
Commission members welcomed the committee meeting and were encouraged that DPW and the Police Department will brief the committee; no formal action or changes to the Disabilities Commission's work program were taken at the meeting.
