The updated concept includes a roughly 16,000-square-foot central grass "grand lawn," a loop trail around Springdale Pond, two new raised crosswalks across Riverhills Drive, a one-way 20-space parking lot screened from the road, additional picnic pavilions and a waterfront boardwalk that ties to a floating kayak launch. An observation tower approximately 20 feet high is shown conceptually near the pond.
