Temple Terrace council approves two board appointments, adopts minutes and grants site-plan extension; removes school support committee member

The City of Temple Terrace City Council on April 1 voted to approve two board appointments, adopt minutes from March 18 and grant a one-year extension for a previously approved site plan, and removed a member from the School Support Committee for noncompliance with attendance requirements.

Council confirmed Sherry Donahue as the city’s representative to the Hillsborough County Community Action Board and reappointed David Redding to the Municipal Code Enforcement Board. Council also approved the minutes from its March 18 meeting. Separately, the council granted an extension request for final site plan SPR 22-05 (8901 Maysland Drive), preserving the 2023 approval that authorized a 38,744-square-foot warehouse with 49 on-site parking spaces and allowing the applicant to proceed to permitting.
