During discussion Council members asked whether the parcels would be appraised and whether both parcels would be appraised twice; a councilmember asked whether separate appraisals had been obtained. The councilmember initiating the additions said there would be no contract yet — only the presentation and the resolutions for council consideration.
A motion to add the presentation and the four resolutions was made, seconded by Councilwoman Gallo, and approved by voice vote. The council did not take the final sale resolutions on March 4; those resolutions will return to the regular council meeting for action after presentations and any required appraisals or further staff work.
