The company said it will coordinate traffic, uses county access roads and ensure that work is staged to minimize disruption to neighbors and farming activities.
The utility said the repower should extend each turbine’s productive life by many years and noted recycling and repurposing options for old components are under review. Commissioners and the company discussed potential staging locations, construction noise and timing; the company agreed to provide notice to the county and to coordinate road use and public‑works interfaces.
