Council approves easement acquisitions for Independence Avenue project

The council opened the public hearing, heard no public comment and closed it. Council Member Brown moved approval; Council Member O'Neil seconded. The roll call was unanimous in favor and the motion adopted.
With the vote, staff may proceed with steps to acquire the easements identified in the packet for the Independence Avenue project.
