The clerk recorded "yes" votes from Council members Lukey; Mink; Sayles; Friedson; Glass; Katz; Albornoz; Fanny Gonzales; Balcom; Jawando; and Stewart. The amendment implements zoning modifications previously approved in the county master plan and was described in the staff presentation as an administrative implementation step following the planning board’s adoption.
The council also approved a consent calendar later in the session by voice vote, with Council member Balcom moving and Council member Sales seconding; the clerk recorded unanimous assent.
