Feedback also touched on event logistics: several commissioners said a DJ was not necessary for that format, attendees appreciated the presentations, and staff support including photography and logistical assistance was praised. The committee agreed the event provided useful discussion opportunities, though audience conversations sometimes extended past the scheduled time.
