The Maplewood City Council on Jan. 28 approved findings of fact, conclusions of law and a decision to revoke the business license of MapeFape LLC.
The council considered the revocation as an item on the consent agenda and, after confirming there were no representatives of the business present, moved to finalize the matter with a roll-call vote. Council members voting yes were Council member Falkingham; Council member Garcia; Mayor Greenberg; Council member Homa; and Council member Page.
The council president noted that the matter had proceeded through due process before the meeting and that this vote finalized the revocation. The meeting minutes record the motion to approve and the subsequent roll-call votes; the council did not discuss further penalties or enforcement steps in the Jan. 28 public session.
