Planning staff noted this is the second postponement; the commission's procedure requires re-noticing if additional postponements are requested. The motion to postpone was moved by a commission member and seconded by Commissioner John Ritter; the postponement carried by voice vote.
No substantive testimony or new materials were taken at the Feb. 12 meeting. The item will return in March with updated materials if submitted by the applicant.
