Cedar Rapids — The Linn County Board of Supervisors voted March 26 to approve proposed amendments to the Water and Land Legacy Bond Public Review Board rules and operating procedures.
Jesse Black, administrative specialist, told the board the item “should have been on consent” and had been discussed previously on March 24. A motion to approve was made, seconded and passed by voice vote with no recorded dissent.
The board did not change the proposed language during the meeting; staff will implement the updated rules and procedures for the public-review board.
