Greene County honors Kenneth Pace for 30 years of county service

Commissioners described Pace as a long-serving trade supervisor who fabricated equipment for county facilities, including a custom-built jail cell that he later removed. Speaking during the acknowledgement, commissioners praised Pace’s technical skill, dedication and family ties to county service; one commissioner noted that Pace’s wife works in the recorder’s office. The board resolved to extend its “deepest appreciation and gratitude” and offered best wishes for his retirement.
The resolution was moved and seconded and passed by recorded aye votes. The acknowledgement was ceremonial; no fiscal or policy changes were attached to the resolution in the public record.
