DLZ (an engineering firm) representative Bobby (last name not provided) said in his 17 years he has not seen that failure mode; county staff said the problem likely is not an air lock and will require digging and cutting and insertion of a camera to locate and identify the blockage.
County officials said the distance between the two problem points is about 1.5 miles and that DLC will prepare a plan for further work.
