The Elyria Planning Commission on April 1 recommended that City Council adopt amendments to Elyria's zoning code to allow adult-use (recreational) cannabis facilities in the same zoning districts where medical marijuana facilities are already permitted — Business General (BG), Light Industrial (LI) and Heavy Industrial (HI) — subject to requirements included in the proposed ordinance.
