County Office of Education reports CTE success at Hillcrest, pilots for curriculum adoptions

On curriculum adoptions, Nash said pilots for science and social studies are more than halfway complete and that recommendations will go to the board in late spring. She also said SMCOE offers ethnic‑studies dual enrollment through College of San Mateo and that the district’s adoption process includes an equity review.
Nash said Hillcrest and college graduations are scheduled for May 28 and that the time was reported as 2 p.m. She said she would confirm the start time after checking the schedule because an earlier start would allow a local judge to attend.
