The administration said several older policies were consolidated into a district safety policy (07/20) that was updated and posted to cover material previously in out-of-date policies. The business office recommended a wording change to reflect the “Director of Business Services” title. A different policy (771, on copyrights) was tabled while staff complete additional wordsmithing.
A motion to accept the package with the stated exception for 771 and its associated rules passed after a formal second; committee members answered “Aye.” The administration said items not finalized would return for further review at a later meeting.
