• Williamson Act contract modification — Lot Line Adjustment 24-01: The Board conducted a public hearing and approved a partial rescission of Land Conservation (Williamson) Act contract number 304 and simultaneously entered into new contract number 2101 to accommodate Lot Line Adjustment 24-01. Staff stated there is no net decrease in acreage under contract (97.35 acres). Motion moved by Supervisor Joe Neves; roll call: unanimous yes. Outcome: approved (5–0).
