The vice chair moved that the bill be reported to the full Senate with recommendation that it do pass; the committee approved the motion by voice vote and the chair declared it adopted.
House Bill 3347: Committee counsel introduced the bill as a $15,000,000 supplemental appropriation to the Department of Administration, Division of General Services, to create a new capital outlay repairs and equipment surplus appropriation. The committee heard agency testimony and questions about the Diamond Building’s masonry, HVAC and the nearby parking garage before voting to report the bill to the full Senate with the recommendation that it do pass.
