- Ordinance 2025-01 (rezoning, Dixiana Road, second reading): Council approved staff recommendation to postpone this item to the second meeting in February. Vote: unanimous.
- Ordinance 2025-02 (annexation of two properties on Dixiana Road, second reading): Council approved staff recommendation to postpone this item to the second meeting in February. Vote: unanimous.
- Glenwood Park bid award: Council approved awarding a construction contract to Verisk Construction for $49,962.44 and authorized the city manager to execute the contract (funding: hospitality tax reserve fund). Vote: unanimous.

- Fire truck lease-purchase (follow-up from executive session): Council approved a lease-purchase agreement for fire apparatus with $500,000 due at contract signing and a seven-year payment schedule as discussed in executive session. Vote: unanimous.
