Board approves minutes and consent agendas, including three Clerk of Courts items
Summary
On March 25 the Board unanimously approved the Feb. 11, 2025 minutes, three Clerk of Courts consent items, and the county consent agenda (tabs 3–17).
The Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved meeting minutes for Feb. 11, 2025, accepted three items presented by the Clerk of Courts on the clerk’s consent agenda, and approved the county consent agenda covering tabs 3 through 17.
Clerk Gary Cooney presented one set of minutes for approval. The clerk’s consent agenda included three items; the board approved them by voice vote with no recorded opposition. The larger county consent agenda (tabs 3–17) then passed unanimously after a check for public comment.
There were no requests to pull items from the consent agenda during the hearing and no substantive public comment about consent items. The approvals were recorded as unanimous with the three commissioners present voting aye.
