In procurement matters the board awarded the widening and resurfacing contract for County Road 125 (from Blair Circle / Park Street) to Anderson Columbia with a contract value reported in the agenda as $1,102,491.48 and delegated construction engineering inspection (CEI) to Locklear & Associates for $50,000.
