The proposal, led by communications director Kate Oyer and Mark Abdo, manager of the Largo Golf Course, includes a new emblem-style logo that shortens the course name in marketing to “LGC” while keeping “Largo Golf Course” as the full name. Oyer said the design package will include a brand guide (fonts, colors, imagery), one- and full-color logo files, and templates for business cards, apparel and marketing materials. "We really feel like it's a good opportunity now to refresh the brand by welcoming some new customers, but also... making sure our loyal customers still are dedicated to the golf course," Oyer said.
