Cascade County planning staff said a preliminary subdivision (public meeting) will be held for the Kingsland Minor subdivision on a remainder tract of Certificate of Survey 5184 in Section 25, Township 21 North, Range 3 East PMM in Cascade County.
Staff said the item was reviewed by the planning board on Feb. 18, which made a recommendation. When the subdivision process began, notices used the owner name Deacons Aloysius Estate; staff said the owner’s name has since changed to Bootlegger 9 LLC and that the county will request an updated title report from the applicant.
Staff clarified the filing is a public meeting, not a public hearing, because the application is a minor subdivision. The county noted the applicant representative remains the same despite the ownership name change and said staff will obtain an updated title report before the regular meeting.
