Trustees approve Macomb Town Center South phases 2–5 development plan

The Macomb Township Board of Trustees approved an amended development plan for Macomb Town Center South phases 2–5 at its March 26 meeting.
Planning staff said the applicant acquired a small parcel north of the project’s previous boundary, which allowed the developer to rearrange building locations and add a few housing units. The plan also shifts a planned park location slightly; staff and the Town Center Committee recommended approval.
Planning staff presented the changes and said they were minor and compatible with the previously approved phase 1. The motion to approve passed unanimously on a roll call vote.
