The board recorded a unanimous roll call vote in favor.
• Library policy: Trustees approved an updated Waterford Township Public Library exhibits, bulletin boards and petitioning policy and directed the library to post the updated policy online. Roll call: unanimous yes.
• Better World Books agreement: Trustees approved an agreement to allow a Better World Books donation dropbox on library property and designated the Friends of the Library to receive proceeds; the board authorized the township supervisor to sign the agreement. Roll call: unanimous yes.
• Proclamation: Trustees approved a proclamation declaring April 9, 2025 as Education and Sharing Day in the township. Roll call: unanimous yes.
• Adjournment: The board voted to adjourn the meeting; roll call recorded unanimous support.
No ordinances, budget appropriations or contract awards beyond the library dropbox agreement were adopted during this meeting. Several informational reports and public comments were accepted into the record; staff follow up was requested on some items (for example, a resident complaint about waste contractor billing).
