Adrianne Walker presented the item as final review for changes including site‑plan and landscaping modifications, new window openings and a reworked rear addition. Marty Mullen of Mullen Architects, representing owner Adam Gill, said the plans retained the primary front elevation while simplifying rear roof lines, restoring original brick below and introducing stucco on an upper gable to match existing stucco elements elsewhere on the house.
Board members described the package as complete and tasteful and noted the design reduced the number of cladding materials on the house, simplifying the palette to brick and stucco while restoring traditional brick mold trim around windows. A motion to approve as submitted passed by voice vote.
The applicant may proceed to permitting with the approved exterior alterations.
