The Janesville Plan Commission on Feb. 17 voted unanimously to approve the preliminary plat for Ridges of Rock County Plat 4, a replat on the city’s north side intended to widen existing residential lots and reconvey utility easements.
Mackenzie Wilcox, an associate planner, told the commission the plat covers about 3.8 acres north of Joshua Drive and south of Overland Trail between Milton Avenue and County Highway Y.
