Nees said the RFP was published Jan. 8 with responses due Feb. 14; staff evaluated registrations, insurance and references and recommended KB’s Lawn Care based on experience (KB’s registered with the state in 2013 and serves local customers including Victory Dodge and Bank Midwest).
