The clerk recorded roll-call votes as follows: Commissioner McMullen, in favor; Commissioner Suarez, in favor; Commissioner Carpenter, in favor; Commissioner Wolfson, in favor; and Chairman Leo, in favor. The resolution states that any deviation from the applicant's representations may be cause for revocation of the approval.
