The plat, identified as P&Z 2024-11 for property at Pacific Logistics Drive (PID 19-6-14.0-0-099-035.1), would develop the site into a six-lot industrial park north of Daley Industrial Park. Dan Conway of Pacific Logistics Parks LLC, the applicant, answered questions at the hearing while city engineer A.J. Grondell recommended approval, saying the final plat meets city ordinances and codes and that changes from the preliminary plat were not significant.
