Senate Education Committee sends bill on standardized student-data transfer to budget committee

Senate Bill 3-12, which directs the Oregon Department of Education to develop and implement a standardized method for transferring student information from school districts to ODE and declares an emergency, was moved to the Joint Committee on Ways and Means by prior reference on a committee vote March 31.
