Workshop procedural votes: council excuses absent member, approves minutes and adjourns

At the conclusion of the workshop a member moved to adjourn, the motion was seconded and the council voted to adjourn; the clerk recorded the meeting as adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
These three procedural actions—excusal of an absent member, acceptance of minutes, and adjournment—were the only formal votes recorded in the transcript of the workshop.
