Later in the meeting the committee considered the day's consent agenda (two items) and Regent Rolfe again moved that the committee recommend approval of the consent agenda to the full board; Regent Dicus seconded. The chair called for a voice vote, "All those in favor, say aye," and the committee recommended the consent agenda to the full board.
The committee recorded no roll-call tallies in the transcript; both actions were approved by voice vote as recorded in the meeting minutes.
