Members referenced an example project at 3301 Tech Circle Drive (BTR Park) in which tree protection and replacement ratios were a central part of the board recommendation.
Hollander, Frederickson, Fuller, Leto, Martin and Bassett all voted “yes” during the roll call and Nolan confirmed the motion carries. Nolan said staff will work with the clerk to place the recommendation on the April City Commission agenda; if the commission confirms the appointment, Stempel’s term would begin in May.
