- Procurement, service and vendor agreements: Approval of a preferred-vendor purchase agreement with Frog Holler Produce for up to $8,000 (golf fund COGS food); an amendment to the Detroit salt purchase agreement to increase the amount by up to $155,000 (DPW operating salt supplies); and extension of the waste/recycling/compost contract with Priority Waste LLC through June 30, 2035 (Act 179). Motions carried.
- Community engagement and planning: Set public hearings for the Community Development Block Grant action plan on April 1, 2025, and May 6, 2025, to receive public suggestions on proposed HUD CDBG uses for program year 2025–2026. Motion carried.
- Budget and consent items: Approval of city of Taylor budget amendment 2025-004 dated March 18, 2025, and acceptance of the consent agenda. Motions carried.
