Ralph Warren (ITS director) introduced Ernest Tevis (PMO director), Cynthia Graff (business analysis and intake manager), Kenny Wright (PMO manager) and Nyrlyn/Narlene Klein (customer-relationship/portfolio manager). Graff said the PMO’s intake form and governance process produced 92 requests in 18 months: 21 projects chartered/initiated, 20 discovery efforts, 23 in process, 10 on hold pending resources and 18 closed or deferred. ITS described use of industry standards (Gartner guidance, Project Management Institute certifications and Prosci change-management methods) and said every chartered project will have an executive sponsor and a documented charter.
