Council also received Ordinance 37-95, a first reading of supplemental appropriations for fiscal year 2025. Finance Director Duffy’s memo was included in the packet; no appropriation vote occurred at this meeting.
A councilmember asked staff whether inflation had affected sidewalk program costs from 2023 to 2025; staff said prices are rising and offered to provide further detail. Council members were invited to contact staff with questions about assessment tracking and financial categorization.
