Council hears planning staff review of ‘Towns of The Cross’ preliminary plat; planning commission recommended approval with conditions

The Monroe City Council on an unspecified date heard a planning staff presentation about a preliminary plat application for a project identified in the meeting as “Towns of The Cross,” and the planning commission recommended the council take favorable action on the plat with conditions.

Planning staff summarized the purpose and procedural status of the filing, saying the applicant was submitting the application for the preliminary-plat phase and that the project had been discussed with the council and planning commission previously.
