Chairman Ehlers called the Ways and Means Committee to order and the committee approved the minutes from the Feb. 25 meeting by motion and voice vote.
One committee member moved: “Mister chairman, I reviewed the minutes from February 25 and moved for their approval.” Chairman Ehlers called for the voice vote; members responded “aye” and the motion carried. The transcript does not record a roll-call tally.
Shortly afterward, Chairman Ehlers said, “Committee without objection, we have a last minute, addition to the agenda. It's just the, rules of the agriculture committee. It's an RS. It's before you and your, paper. So without objection, I will add that to the bottom of the agenda. Seeing no objection, we'll get that added.” The addition was entered without objection and placed at the end of the meeting agenda.
No further procedural votes occurred beyond introductions of the RS items recorded separately in the committee minutes.
