"We felt like that this would make sure that those who are actually filing for office are serious in that endeavor so that we don't have lots of names there just for fun," Mickelson said.
A committee member moved to introduce RS-32292C1. The committee approved the motion by voice vote; no roll-call tally was taken and the motion carried.
