The Dunn County Neighbors Standing Committee on April 24 announced that Rebecca Proudlock will be promoted to clinical mentor for the neighbors facility.
Carmen, a staff member who introduced the appointment at the meeting, said Rebecca “has been with the county, for quite a long time in many roles. So she started as a CNA… has worked as a nurse, on both nights and days, and then was an MDS nurse for a long time. And then her most recent role was an ACM, so the assistant clinical mentor for the Central Building, and now the clinical mentor for the neighbors.”
Committee members offered brief congratulations during the meeting and no formal vote was required. The committee recorded the appointment as an internal staffing change; no additional implementation steps or budget adjustments were described during the discussion.
