Delhi parks prepare for April opening; trustees and staff discuss cleanliness, traffic and noise enforcement

"Our April 1 date is looking good to be open and everything up," Mr. Soupy said, and listed tasks including restroom cleaning, mulch delivery and dog-park ramp and fountain installation. He described efforts to repair a muddy washout at the Clear View entrance: crews will regrow grass and fence the area rather than use concrete immediately.
