The court also voted to increase the elections department administrative fee from 10% to 20% for entities that contract with the Frio County Elections Department; created the Frio County Historical Commission and appointed members; accepted the resignation of Constable Rene Villasano, Precinct 4, effective Dec. 31, 2024; set a Jan. 30, 2025 deadline for resumes for appointment consideration to fill the Constable, Precinct 4 vacancy; and authorized master service and medical services agreements related to cybersecurity and jail mental‑health care.
