The City of Lacey said it is partnering with Thurston County and the cities of Tumwater, Olympia and Tenino to launch Energize Thurston, a purchasing campaign offering discounted and streamlined installations of heat-pump heating, cooling and water-heating systems.

City of Lacey communications staff said participants must attend an educational workshop, either on demand or in person, to qualify for the program.
