The public-works presentation said crews had opened roughly 50 general work orders year-to-date through February (with 17 then still open), 102 utility-billing work orders (five open) and a total of 274 completed requests with 22 open. Michael (public works staff) told the council, “for year to date through February, they’ve put in a 50 work orders, 17 still open.”
