The town also discussed the annual Select Board scholarship program. Staff recommended and the board agreed to a revised application deadline of May 2 to allow time for the high school to return results by mid-May; the board noted it needs two weeks to review materials and supply award decisions by the May 16 date requested by the high school.
The board asked staff to continue outreach to unregistered rental operators and to circulate scholarship outreach materials to schools and guidance offices.
