Carried unanimously. - VAC25-01 (portion of West Chelsea St. right-of-way) — Council voted to vacate the described portion of West Chelsea Street (motion carried unanimously); vote sets second reading for April 17, 2025.
Council opened and closed multiple public hearings related to these land-use items. Where staff certifed revised plans were required for second reading, council approved after those revisions were filed and certified with the clerk’s office.
